Civic Hacking Agency projects adhere to this team agreement:

  • Have fun.
  • Engage constructively.
  • Follow through on your commitments.
  • Respond to direct inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Resolve conflicts and move on.
  • Report conflicts that cannot be resolved.
  • Leave the project when/if you no longer have energy for it (and let the team know).
